Fault: Fault Number

• Meaning:

• Safety checks built into software have detected a fault condition

• Response:

• These steps are for resumable faults only
1. Select affect channel using A, B, or C buttons
2. Follow instructions on channel's Alarm Info page
3. Press RETRY softkey to clear fault
4. If fault recurs, SERVICE softkey may appear. Pressing the SERVICE softkey will disable the affected channel until serviced.
